Either a Credit Card Authourisation of $100.00, or a Refundable deposit of $200 if paying cash or debit card. This is to cover any incidental charges such as mini bar, meals, beverages, phone calls, etc. Hotel Grand Chancellor Surfers Paradise is currently renovating the pool & spa area. This area remains closed until the 20th December 2011. Alternative arrangements at a neighbouring hotel have been made available for all guests during this period.

Undercover car parking is available at a charge of $15.00 per night for in-house guests.
